Our challenge
We are seeking a skilled an Architect with Fenergo CLM Implementation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Fenergo's Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, as well as experience in Design and architect Fenergo solutions to address client-specific requirements, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. Collaborate with development teams to customize Fenergo workflows, data models, and user interfaces to align with client expectations.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Minneapolis, MN and New Jersey is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Fenergo CLM solutions for our clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment. Ensure that Fenergo solutions are implemented in accordance with industry best practices and tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their CLM requirements, regulatory obligations, and operational processes. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, facilitate workshops, and provide expert guidance on leveraging Fenergo's capabilities.
- Design and architect Fenergo solutions to address client-specific requirements, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. Collaborate with development teams to customize Fenergo workflows, data models, and user interfaces to align with client expectations.
- Lead the integration of Fenergo solutions with clients' existing systems, including CRM, KYC, AML, and other relevant applications. Define integration strategies, develop data migration plans, and oversee the seamless integration of Fenergo with clients' IT ecosystems.
- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Fenergo solutions, including functional testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance.
- Ensure that Fenergo solutions meet defined quality standards and performance requirements.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, empowering them to effectively operate and maintain Fenergo solutions post-implementation. Create training materials, conduct workshops, and offer ongoing support to ensure client success.
- Contribute to the enhancement of implementation methodologies, best practices, and knowledge base for Fenergo solutions. Provide feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
You are:
- Proven experience in leading Fenergo implementations and integrations within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Fenergo CLM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, client onboarding, CDD, and regulatory compliance processes within financial institutions.
- Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to design and customize Fenergo workflows, data models, and user interfaces based on client requirements.
- Relevant certifications in Fenergo solutions and project management methodologies are a plus.
